Hi! I am a currently active classical singer, with considerable performing and teaching experience. I have a Masters degree in performance from the Royal Northern College of Music and have performing experience as a soloist and ensemble member with a number of internationally recognised organisations such as Glyndebourne Festival Opera, Longborough Festival Opera, Pinchgut Opera, Ensemble Correspondances, The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and Arcangelo. Additionally, I performed as a member of the popular, classical-crossover touring group, The TEN Tenors, for 5 years, performing for large audiences in 16 countries.

I see my teaching work as a vital part of my career - just as important as my performing. I take enormous satisfaction in seeing my students achieve their singing goals - be it through exams, concerts or anything else.

I have taught singing in a number of schools and community groups for people of all ages. I have taught all kinds of levels and personalities, including neurodivergent individuals.

In addition to my keen interest in classical singing and musical theatre, I am comfortable teaching all styles of western singing. I believe the foundations of good singing are universal.
